Release changes:
- Requires PHP 5.5 or newer.
- Hide password when notifying credentials on bad login (credits to @madmath03)
- Updates to use HTTP Client Guzzle 6.0
- Provides Dockerfile hopefully to ease contributions.
- Package is now tested against PHP 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2.
